By accessing or using MRivals.GG (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.

MRivals.GG is a fan project and is not affiliated with Marvel, NetEase, or their partners. All trademarks, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

We may offer optional features that require an account. You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. If you post or submit content, you grant MRivals.GG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it in connection with the Service.

Stats and images may come from official endpoints, public sources, and community submissions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. If you are a rights holder and believe your rights are infringed, contact us at [email protected] for prompt review/takedown.

You agree not to: (a) misuse or overload the Service; (b) reverse engineer or scrape where prohibited; (c) upload malware; (d) impersonate others; (e) attempt to circumvent security; or (f) use the Service for illegal purposes.

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., Discord, Patreon). We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRivals.GG, its contributors, and owner(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRivals.GG and its owner(s) from claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
