Greeting Rivals, Following the incredible battles of Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 1, the Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025 tournament now enters the Stage 2 — a crucial step on the path to championship glory. With fierce regional clashes and thrilling rivalries, Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 promises to deliver unforgettable competition across the globe.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 runs across September and October 2025, bringing together top teams from each region to battle through Group Stages and Playoffs. Each matchday will be broadcast live, allowing Rivals worldwide to witness every play, clutch moment, and upset.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Stage 2 of Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025 will feature distinct formats across each region, designed to challenge teams with both endurance and adaptability.
Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 Groups
The Group Stage two (2) weeks of competition in 2 groups for sixteen (16) Teams that will be divided into 2 groups by drawing. Each group will compete in a double elimination BO3 match format, with loser’s final and final in BO5. At the conclusion of the double elimination the top four (4) Teams from each group advance to Playoffs.
The Group Stage two (2) weeks of competition in 2 groups for twelve (12) Teams that will be divided into 2 groups by drawing. Each group will compete in a Round Robin, BO3 match format. At the conclusion of the Round Robin the top four (4) Teams from each group advance to Playoffs.
The Group Stage two (2) weeks of competition in 2 groups for eight (8) Teams that will be divided into 2 groups by drawing. Each group will compete in a Round Robin, BO3 match format. At the conclusion of the Round Robin the top two (2) Teams from each group advance to Playoffs.
Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 Playoffs
Eight (8) Teams will qualify to the Playoffs for a double elimination bracket. Matches except for the Finals, in the Playoffs will be played in a BO5 format. The Grand Finals Match will be played in a BO7 format.

Four (4) Teams will qualify to the Playoffs for a double elimination bracket. Matches except for the Finals, in the Playoffs will be played in a BO5 format. The Grand Finals Match will be played in a BO7 format.
REGIONAL SPOTS FOR GRAND FINALS
As the battles intensify in Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2, the total 12 teams from their region will rise from Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2, earning their place at Marvel Rivals’ biggest LAN event of the year — Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals.

PRIZE POOL
As Stage 2 heats up, the battle intensifies. From the champions to those placing in the lower brackets, every team has a chance to claim a share of the prize pool.
TOURNAMENT VERSION AND MAPS
The Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 Group Stage and Playoffs will use the Season 4 version of Marvel Rivals. Please note that public server patches are released every Thursday, while the tournament server will be updated the following Monday to catch up with the version. Matches before September 15 (the first week matches) will continue to use the Season 3.5 version 9.4 patch. The maps for the tournament will include the following:
